At Constitution Park in Cumberland, MD, GASS has designed, and constructed 4 miles of trails, incorporating 3 miles of bike-specific and multi-use paths with 1 mile dedicated to accessibility. This project extends beyond basic trail construction, using advanced GIS technology to lay the groundwork for future additions such as a skills park and pump track.
In addition to trail development, we developed and submitted an erosion and sediment control plan and prepared all necessary construction documents to ensure environmental and City's compliance.
These trails not only enhance the park’s functionality but also link it effectively with the surrounding community, promoting easier access and fostering community engagement. At GASS, we pride ourselves on building trails that improve both the environment and the community experience.
